To resell RapidSSL and FreeSSL you will need to update your contract in GeoCenter:

Log into GeoCenter
Click the RapidSSL Certificates tab
Expand the Manager Certificates link on the left and click Buy More
Choose to add either a RapidSSL.com Bulk Contract or RapidSSL.com Pay As You Go contract
Confirm your payment details and RapidSSL is now added to your available products!

Note for Bulk Pack purchases. If you have any remaining certificates left in your account after the initial 12 months, the remaining certificates will be rolled over into additional year(s). You are not at risk of losing any remaining certificates after the first year.
